Shipping Time

Please note that all orders require a processing period of 1-5 business days from the date the order was placed. Shipping time begins once the order has been processed. We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible, but additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.

Please note that our business operates Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM PST. If an order is placed after this time or on the weekend, it will be processed within the following business days.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment notification email with your tracking number and link. If you were logged in to your account upon placing your order, you might also login to your account to check the status of your order at any time. If you did not receive an order or shipping confirmation, please check your email spam folder first. If you are still unable to find your order-related emails, please email our Customer Support Team at support@zscmart.com and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local post office, or checking with your neighbors to see if the package was left there accidentally. Please note that once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. It is the responsibility of the carrier at this point in the shipping process. All lost or stolen package claims can be handled with the carriers directly at their respective links:

Shipping Issues

If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days after your order was placed. We will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

At ZSCM, we offer a return service for unopened and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us via email support@zscmart.com and our Customer Service team will assist you with the process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure that the item is unopened and unused before requesting a return, as we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Once you have received your RA number, please ship the item back to us at the address provided using your preferred shipping method, with the RA number clearly printed on the outside of the return package. Once we have confirmed the return of the product, a refund will be processed. Please note that returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that limited edition items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Any returns that do not meet our policy or include non-returnable items will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status and whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
